Ringing dem christimas bells

Holly bojingle jangle! It's almost Christmas and guess what!? I have no idea what to get anyone. I have not done shopping I have not left the house I am so sleeply latley *sigh* and as a Christmas bonus I get my wisdom teeth taken out! Oh joy....

Like I have no idea what my mother wants she never tells me and if I do ask she says "oh you dont have to get me anything dear" but in litterly that means "if you dont get me anything I will be sad." she is the most hard working person I have ever met she is always looking out for me, she renovates the house all by herself (single parent). All the things I want to get her are things she needs for making her projects complete, yet sadly its over $500 and I only have 120ish.

What do you get Mothers who work hard and love hands on projects? I have no idea I need help T_T.

Anything would do guys just a bit of help. plz?
